  • All Vendor Applications MUST BE received by Friday, July 7, 2023.


    All vendors are required to provide their own insurance coverage and list Native Omaha Days Organizing Committee as the “additional insured”.

    Submit photo(s) of mobile food truck and permit.
    Vendor fees will not be required until you receive notification your application has been approved.

    Applicants will be notified of their status within one week of submission.
    Submission of application does not guarantee approval Food vendors will have access to a garden hose for water. Douglas County Health Department 3/bucket system must be followed at all times.

  • Waiver of Liability:

    The Vendor shall defend, save and hold harmless the Native Omaha Days Organizing Committee and their respective officers, agents, board members, staff, volunteers, sponsors and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, liability or expense which may arise, and shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage due to fire, accident, theft, weather, acts of God, vandalism or any other loss or injury whatsoever or not specifically described therein, whether past, present or future. Booths are not insured by the Native Omaha Day Organizing Committee or any sponsoring agents. Vendors must make provisions for safeguarding their goods. Vendors must have replacement cost insurance for all personal property. Vendor assumes full liability for protecting, care and maintenance of vendor property.
